Data we process

Email address, verification date, download requests and, if you consent, your permission for commercial communications.

Purpose and legal basis

• Manage email verification and delivery of the download link (performance of the request).
• Prevent abuse and automated requests (legitimate interest).
• Send you news, only if you give separate consent.

Retention

Verification tokens expire and are deleted when used. Download requests are kept for the period necessary to prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Recipients

Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) and transactional email providers, under a data processor agreement.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to anyta.software@gmail.com, and you can also lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
